Healthy weight loss Mantra

Follow these simple rules to keep yourself Healthy and Fit  :

*  Eat small meals at frequent intervals
*  Dinner should be early by 7 : 30 pm
*  Have a bowl of fresh fruits half an hour before breakfast
*  Drink 2-3 litres of water
*  Exercise at least 5 times a week .
