Salads are a staple, you will find them on every dining table in various combinations. Here's one attractive presentation that will have both grandparents and the kiddies reaching out for it. This not only looks yummylicious, it is full of fibre and vitamins and great antioxidants.....khaayo healthy n jeeyo healthy!
Ingredients for salad:
Cucumber
Carrot
Yellow capsicum
Red capsicum
Ingredients for dip:
Hung curd
Fine chopped parsley
Salt
METHOD
Cut all veggies in thin long strips
Mix curd with parsley , salt
And enjoy salad time with family!
Remember to have it at least 30 mnts before meals .
