FEW IMPORTANT TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT !!!!

Good news for all those wanting to shed off those extra kilos ... Here are a few tips

● Drink 10 - 12 glasses of water / day
● Exercise / brisk walk for 45 mnts
●Avoid all sweets , sugar , refined and processed food items
● Have 5 small meals in a day
● Dinner to be taken by 7 pm , and alternate days have a NO CARBOHYDRATE dinner.
● Increase the quantity of vegetables
● Have a glass of vegetable  & fruit juice mix ,1/2 an hour before breakfast

RECIPE  : HEALTH GREEN JUICE

INGREDIENTS

3-4 leaves of spinach
few coriander leaves
1 small carrot
1 tomato

METHOD

Blend all the above ingredients  in a mixer
Add a pinch of black salt
Serve fresh .
Do not seive

This is a tried and tested  recipe for weight loss , but should be taken regularly  for 2-3  months .
