Healthy Breakfast / Dinner option

RAGI DOSA

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Urad dal
1/2 cup beaten rice
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
3 cups ragi powder

METHOD

1) Soak Urad dal+ beaten rice + fenugreek seeds overnight.
2) Then grind in the mixer
3) Add ragi powder
4) Make a paste
5) Leave it for fermentation for 6-8 hours
6) Make dosas and serve hot with tomato chutney / green chutney
