KIDDIE'S DELIGHT : HEALTHY AND TASTY

Mixed Ragi pancake


This is definitely very tasty and delicious.  A good variety option for breakfast or dinner.Do try and see your kids loving it.

Ingredients :
2 tbsp Ragi
2tbsp Green Gram dal powder
1tbsp wheat flour
1 carrot grated
2tbsp curd
salt to taste

Method :
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Add water to make a smooth paste
Heat a pan and smear with oil
Spread the batter and cook both sides till done
Serve with curd

Peach - Cucumber Juice


Hi everybody , once again a new delicious and healthy recipies for all health conscious people are ready for you to try.

Going forward, I will also be posting a lot of tips to keep you healthy and fit. Let's start by trying this delicious recipe:

PEACH - CUCUMBER JUICE

You will need :
4 Peaches
1/2 Cucumber
1 Small piece ginger

METHOD :
1) De seed the peaches and peel the cucumber and ginger.
2) Blend it all .
3) Serve chilled .

Benefits of peaches :
It is rich in vitamins, mineral and fibre. Peaches help prevent dental decay, relieve constipation and ease dry coughs. It is low in natural sugars and have no saturated fats. They are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. This helps maintaining healthy lungs, prevent heart disease and cancer. Also, it helps fight skin ageing.
